This place was great 3 years ago but now has gone so far downhill its cringeworthy. If you make an order and they sell out the budtenders will take the product out of the bag and when you come in say it was a computer glitch. The point system has been "broken" for over a year and they always say its coming but they dont know when. Please spend your money on a company that actually treats you like a patient not a walking wallet.

I drive over 45 minutes to your location. Today was the second time I was completely skipped over while waiting while 3 other people that came in after me was waited on first. Then I get told I got bumped out. Ridiculous customer service... What is even sadder is they haven't even reached out to me like they do on these other comments

The staff is definitely professional polite and takes their time explaining every detail of the products that they offer. I personally have no reason to go to any other place but theirs

The staff in Johnstown store used to b great ayear ago changes gaped and new staff has been RUDE. One left in middle of my order. For a smoke break--- for real the mgr rudely approached me and was even worse. They can not hear due to their noise and have yelled at me over not hearing me. Discounts changed from person to person , waits of an hour after check in. I can go on. But I wouldn't go in unless I was DESPERATE. GO IN HAPPY COME OUT MISERABLE DUE TO THE MISERABLE ATMOSPHERE.. NO OTHER DISPENSARY HAS THIS ISSUE. OUT OF THE SEVEN WITHIN 20 MILES OF THERE. THERES A GREAT PLACE HALF BLOCK AWAY . HEADS UP TRU OWNERS. LOTS OF COMPETITION. OUT HERE.

Trulieve is a great addition to Johnstown. Saves many folks the trouble of going to Altoona or Greensburg for their medicine. The atmosphere and staff here is extremely friendly and bright. Their prices are fair and they run sales often. Comparing it to the other local dispensary in town, they are much better.

This was my first visit since recieving my card. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! Amber was so helpful and patient answering all my questions and explaining everything. she went above and beyond showing me various products. Her assistance was very much needed and appreciated. thanks
